Chocolate "Outside the Box"
Receiving a box of our signature chocolates for any occasion or no occasion at all is always a treat, but why not try something new and "outside the box" when entertaining this holiday season...like Chocolate Charcuterie Platters? We serve these platters at our Wine & Chocolate Parties and fill them with cured meats, nuts, cheeses, dried fruit...and chocolate of course! The spicy and salty combination of our Rosemary and Oregano Fusion Bars go well with the platter and pair well with a young ruby port. You can easily put a different spin on the platter by changing the chocolate to sweet and salty using chocolates like our Nutty Truffles, Sea Salt Caramels, Peanut Butter and chocolate covered pretzels. This unique platter pairs well with the nutty and caramel flavours in tawny port. Happy Entertaining!
