Rosemary Fusion Chocolate Bar

Great news, Chocolate Lovers! Our Master Chocolatier's lastest creation, Rosemary Fusion Milk Chocolate Bar, is a bold new way to experience chocolate and is the Silver Winner of the 2012 International Chocolate Awards this past October in London, UK (internationalchocolateawards.com). Our Rosemary Fusion Milk Chocolate Bar uses our signature milk chocolate as a base and is infused with the herbs Rosemary & Thyme, then finished with Habanero Sea Salt. The result is a playful combo very similar to Thai cooking: savoury meets salty meets spicy...chocolate's not just for dessert anymore people! Try serving our new chocolate alongside creamy cheeses (such as Brie and Camembert), nuts and cured meats (such as prosciutto) the next time you entertain. I'll be including the Rosemary Fusion Milk Chocolate Bar in my Wine & Chocolate Parties starting in the new year. I haven't decided exactly what wine I'll pair with the bar, but I'm leaning toward an off-dry Riesling or a sparkly Muscat. I'll use my time off during the holidays to experiment. I know...I have a tough job! - The new Rosemary Fusion Milk Chocolate Bar weighs 100g and retails for $13. - They will be available for sale at my store on January 3, 2013. - Until then, please come by now for a unique chocolate experience! We're offering FREE samples of our newest creation! - Click Here to view a deeply riveting video I made about our award-winning Rosemary Fusion Chocolate Bar.

This bar is such a unique food experience. When I first heard of it I thought “This is going to be weird,” and while it definitely is not the chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth, it really is amazing! I am actually finding myself craving more. It is such a sensation for your taste buds and kind of plays with your mind a little, but in a good way. One person described it like the Three-Course-Dinner chewing gum from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. “It’s Rosemary. No wait it’s sweet like chocolate. Now it’s spicy!” I’m biased so I have to say this chocolate far exceeds any piece of gum. I am really looking forward to pairing this with cheese (one of my other favorite foods). Everyone has to try this sophisticated culinary confection.

The first taste I had of this unique chocolate was in a word…delightful! Initially, just the mention of it had me curious…and knowing I have never had a bad experience with anything at your shop, I was open to the rosemary fusion without any hesitation. Although the initial savory taste was a bit shocking, it was quickly replaced by pure enjoyment. Letting it just melt on your tongue with the habanero sea salt left at the end to crunch a bit left me wanting more! I will officially have to host my first wine & cheese evening just to be able to feature this chocolate & share it with as many as I can! Thank you!

I’m so glad you liked the Rosemary Fusion! It’s one of our customer faves and has a strong “cult” following :) When we serve the Rosemary Fusion at tastings we serve it will a dollop of brie or camembert – delicious! We sell the 100g bars in our stores. What city do you live in? We’re happy to mail you the bars if you are not near one of our stores!

I just tried this chocolate bar at the 2014 Winefest, bought two, and would love to buy more. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be available in your online shop! Is there still a place I can purchase them? Thanks!
